The Knights of Columbus Council 5086 partners with Helping Hand of Myrtle Beach because their mission, vision, and services to the community align with the Faith in Action programs of the Knights of Columbus.

Their mission supports the stability of our community by providing basic needs and other services to empower individuals and families during a time of crisis. Through kindness and compassion, they provide services that enrich lives and create a sustainable lifestyle for our community.

The Knights of Columbus Council 5086 has a pool of drivers picking up and delivering food donations from local grocery stores to Helping Hand of Myrtle Beach for their food pantry. The Knights of Columbus assists Helping Hand of Myrtle Beach with fundraising events. K of C Council 5086, along with St. Andrew Catholic Church parishioners, provides funds from after Mass collections and staple food drives.

Won’t you extend a helping hand to assist those in need during a crisis.

ASAP (Aid & Support After Pregnancy) Program

The new Aid and Support After Pregnancy (ASAP) initiative is a call to action for Knights across the United States and Canada to increase financial support to pregnancy resource centers, maternity homes, and other organizations that give direct assistance to new mothers and/or babies.

The Knights’ ASAP initiative will provide for mothers and their children, both born and unborn.

Council 5086 is proud to support the ASAP program. The Knights of Columbus Charities, Inc. will commit up to $1M in support of this vital initiative, with local Councils like ours making up the remainder. Will you help?
